What we believe
We believe the best fee-only advisors in the country are vastly under-represented in digital discovery. They don't outrank the content farms. They don't outspend the aggregators. Most of them don't want to. They built their practices on reputation and referrals, and that served them.
The problem is that the channel through which referrals and reputation actually reach new clients is being restructured. AI assistants are the new first touch. An advisor who isn't legible to that layer will be invisible to a generation of clients that increasingly starts there.
Wellspent exists to close that gap — structurally, not by gaming it. Canonical records, a real graph, citations, and membership priced like infrastructure.
Who we are
Wellspent is built on ClearGraph, a shared engine for industry-mapping across verticals. The same infrastructure powers Joincase (litigation finance) and Exitcue (lower middle-market M&A).
The team brings together advisor-industry operators, data engineers, and a research group focused specifically on how AI-mediated search is reshaping client acquisition in regulated verticals.
